What applications have been lodged in my local area?

May 7, 2021

Do you want to stay informed about developments proposed in your local area?

A third party provider, PlanningAlerts provides a free service which searches planning authority websites for development applications in your area and then emails you their details.

It could not be simpler, you sign up to the service, specify the location you are interested in and then if any applications are lodged in this area you are sent an email.

You can view the applications on a map or even subscribe to a RSS feed.

PlanningAlerts is brought to you by the charity the OpenAustralia Foundation. The aim of the service is to enable shared scrutiny of what is being built and knocked down in peoples' communities.

Information on how to subscribe can be found on the Planning Alerts webpage.

We hope this was helpful. If you have any questions about development applications, visit our contact page to get in touch with our team.
